Cancellation Policy
If your schedule regularly changes or effects your ability to keep appointments, please don't hesitate to contact us at 610-337-1289 within a day or two (or even day of) your preferred date to see if we can get you in. If we have a spot...we will happily put you in there!
*** The Policy**
Any cancellation less than 8 hours in advance of appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
NO CALL, NO SHOW will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
You may cancel online via your confirmation email, or by calling or texting the salon at 610-337-1289. If we don’t answer, please leave a detailed message stating the time of your call and the appointment that you will be canceling.
Please read our late policy carefully...
If you are more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, we may or may not be able to provide you service based on our schedule following your appointment time. PLEASE CALL if you know you are going to be late so that we can make every effort to work with you to reschedule, if necessary. Please understand that many times our appointments are scheduled back-to-back and your tardiness effects everyone following you. We will not put ourselves behind schedule in order to accommodate any client and you may be charged a late cancellation fee, as well.
